WHAT?
The Windsor is a rebranding and advertising project for a new iconic buildig in Vancouver formerly known as "London building" on 626 West Pender Street. Project followed by the comprehensive research portion involves outdoor, print and digital advertising among with web design and presentation folder for potentially innterested buyers. Its design is inpired by the herritage of the building as it's one of the oldest buildings in the city.
WHY?
Project's goal is to attract potential customers interested in the renewed and unique suites. This project differentiates Windsor from other luxurious buildings available in Vancouver's real estate market.

WHO?
It is targeting an upper medium class of hardworking professionals in their 30's as well as young families, mostly with one child whose annual income is around CAD <85.000 who value living in the unique scenery and are expecting a bit of luxury. They very often live an active lifestyle taking care of their loves ones and themselves. They deserve the royal way of living.

OUTDOOR & DIGITAL & PRINT ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
For young hard working professionals who deserve a bit of luxury, The Windsor is introducinng "Enjoy the Royal Treatment" campaign feauting some of the building amenities next to the royal iconic symbols. Instagram advertising in addition with local newspaper Georgia Straight for a campaign was used as a teaser campaign.
Billboard advertising showcasing the royal, iconic services that are available only at Windsor. Why would you have to choose if you can heave them all?
Subway outdoor advertising poster just across the street form the building site. Located at The Windsor's nearest sky train/subway station called Waterfront.
Majority of clients are using transit on a daily basis, thats why many posters are at the skytrain/subway stations and bus stops.
CONSTRUCTION HOARDING
Another branded format used for advertising. Construction hoarding in front of the main facade based on branding strategy with the tagline accompanied by royal elements, icons and pictures presenting chosen building amenities.
